Paul Broatch

Paul has over 25 years legal experience in New Zealand and overseas and specialises in property and commercial law, trusts and asset protection and has acted on a number of major developments and subdivisions in Tauranga.  He has a particular interest in intellectual property.

Paul started his career in major law firms in Auckland before moving overseas.  On his return he worked for a Tauranga law firm for fourteen years before joining with Ross Abernethy to form Abernethy Broatch Law in 2008.

Paul is the current Chairman of Habitat for Humanity (Tauranga) Limited and a trustee of the FABS Trust.

Paul is married with three children.
